IN CASE OF HIGH NUMBERS OF NEW REGISTRATION NEW TEAMS MAY BE FORMED TO ACCOMMODATE ALL THE PLAYERS. ALTHOUGH FRIEND/TEAM REQUEST WILL BE LOOKED AT BUT IT IS NOT CERTAIN TO BE HONORED.

AYSO Region 425 Volunteer Registration Policy
The Board of Directors of AYSO Region 425 believes that the continued success of AYSO in Glencoe, Kenilworth, Northfield and Winnetka is dependent on parent participation. AYSO is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that is affiliated with the park districts in our communities. We are dependent on parents who register their children to play soccer to also be willing to volunteer their time for the benefit of their children and their team. The AYSO motto of “Everyone Plays” applies to children and parents equally—with the children playing soccer and parents playing a role as a Team Parent, Assistant Coach, Head Coach and other volunteer roles. Without parent volunteers, there is no AYSO. We appreciate you volunteering your time to support AYSO, but more importantly-- in creating positive life experiences for your children. Let’s play!

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued after teams have been formed.
Partial refunds are not available for players who leave in the spring after playing in the fall.
